Oatmeal Almond Butter Cookies

1 cup of rolled oats
2/3 cups oat flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsps unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tbsps raisins
2 tbsps pumpkin seeds (optional)
1 tsp baking powder (corn-free, aluminum-free)
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
3 tbsps raw almond butter
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 tbsps coconut oil, melted
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spoon batter onto baking sheet and slightly flatten.
Bake for 13 minutes.
Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy.
