Immune-Boosting Honey Bomb

3 tbsps pure honey (Manuka honey is best!)
1 tsp freshly grated ginger root
1 tsp ground turmeric powder
1 tsp minced garlic
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Pinch ground black pepper
To make: Mix together all ingredients in a glass bowl or measuring cup. Cover bowl/cup and let it sit on the counter. The sooner you use it the better, but you can store this mixture in the fridge for up to a week.
To use: Boil some water and let it cool in a mug for about 10 minutes (this will keep the antibiotic benefits of the honey and garlic intact when you add them in). Add 1-2 teaspoons of the mixture into the cooled boiled water and stir. You may add some freshly squeezed lemon juice as well, if you like. As all the goodness will gravitate towards the bottom of the mug, you must keep on mixing it while you drink it to make sure all is consumed.
