A famous recipe in French cuisine, Tapenade, or black olive spread, is a delicious addition to salad dressings, sandwiches, wraps or pizza crusts. It just gives meals a little bit of a 'punch', while making everything taste better.
Black Olive Tapenade

1 cup pitted olives (I use greek kalamata olives)
1 clove garlic
2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsps lemon juice
1 tsp oregano
Blend all ingredients in food processor/blender, until pureed.
Cover and store in a glass container in the fridge for up to 10 days.
