Edamame Bean Salad

1 package frozen organic shelled edamame
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed (I like Eden Organics)
1 tomato, diced
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsps. black/white sesame seeds
4 tbsps olive oil
2 tbsps balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Boil frozen edamame in 4 cups of water for 5 minutes. Drain and pour in large salad bowl.
Add all other salad ingredients to bowl.
In small round bowl, whisk dressing ingredients until well combined.
Drizzle dressing over salad and toss well.
